Well, day 4 started off great! Got up early and went to the gym to see all the January “Resolutioners”…Hope they last more than a week or two. Got some time on the treadmill, then did upper body and abs. Depending on how the day progresses, I may go back to the gym…I want to get to the 200 ab crunches today if possible…Lets start the new year off right!!
